  1. We try to do as much the night before. In the mornings my husband makes our son’s breakfast when he makes his so things are easier for me when I am getting our son ready for school and myself ready for work. It is nice to have a quick breakfast like oatmeal for busy mornings!

    Breakfast is the primary thing that is essential to our mornings. I also try to have them drink a tall glass of water first thing in the morning.

  4. We always prepare all of out things the night before so we don’t feel rushed in the morning. This gives us time to have a good healthy breakfast like quaker!

    We plan ahead and I usually prepare lunch the night before and make a quick breakfast in the morning. Oatmeal is always a quick and healthy choice with some walnuts, ground flax seed and fresh fruit.

    We make sure my sons backpack is packed, his lunch is made and his clothes are ready the night before. That way, we can enjoy breakfast as a family…which is usually oatmeal, fruit and milk. It makes the mornings easier and he starts his day off full and happy!
