Santa Returns to Fashion Outlets of Chicago: Festive Fun for Everyone!

The holiday season is officially here, and Fashion Outlets of Chicago is rolling out the red carpet for Santa’s grand return! Starting Friday, November 14, families can enjoy free visits with Santa, plus a sleigh-full of themed events, photo opportunities, and ways to give back to the community.

Meet Santa—Your Way

Santa will be waiting near the Food Court, ready for photos and holiday cheer. Visits are always free, with keepsake photo packages available for purchase. For extra magic, pre-book your visit online to receive 10 free holiday cards, 50% off Shutterfly orders, and a personalized call from Santa—plus, a free video from the North Pole after your visit!

Special Themed Nights

• Pet Nights: Every Monday (Nov. 10–Dec. 8), bring your leashed pets for photos with Santa from 6–8 p.m. (Park on P2 for easy access!)
• Santa Cares: A sensory-friendly experience for children with special needs, in partnership with Autism Speaks. Sunday, Dec. 7, 9–10 a.m.
• Pajama Party Tuesdays: Wear your coziest PJs for a snuggly Santa meet-up.
• Baby’s First Wednesdays: Bring your little ones (1 year or younger) for their first Santa photo.
• Ugly Sweater Thursdays: The sillier, the better—show off your festive fashion flops!

Give Back This Season

Fashion Outlets is also spreading holiday cheer through their Winter Donation Drive and Giving Tree, benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Donate by December 18 and receive a complimentary Savings Pass and a $10 gift card from a participating retailer. The center will also donate $1,500 to the cause.

• Nov. 14–24: Mon–Fri 2–7 p.m., Sat–Sun 11 a.m.–7 p.m.
• Nov. 27–30: Thanksgiving Day (closed), Black Friday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., Sat–Sun 11 a.m.–7 p.m.
• Dec. 1–20: Extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Dec. 21–24: Daily 10 a.m.–9 p.m., Christmas Eve 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
