I’ve joined the Netflix #StreamTeam and have been compensated for writing this post.
The childhood that my son is experiencing is much different than the one I did. He’s got touch screen computers and smart phones in the house. He gets to travel internationally and on all sorts of public transit. Mr. Dude, my son, also gets to meet his favorite TV show stars in person. That is rad.
PBS contacted me and wanted to know if we wanted to go see the Wild Kratts Live! show in Rosemont, IL. My answer was, of course, “Yes!” My three year old son literally can’t get enough of the show. It is in our watch on repeat approved television show list and tends to dominate tv time when he gets it.
Settling into his seat. It closed on him because Mr. Dude doesn’t weight that much yet.
The show was really creative and entertaining. The video screen on stage was used to push the story forward and allow for costume changes. It was also a great way to keep the kids entertained when some lines of dialogue or on state antics were a bit much.
Mr. Dude LOVED it.
We were able to get backstage after the show to say “Hi” and snap a photos. The Kratt Brothers posed with their “What if?” stance while Mr. Dude stood there a bit awkwardly.
He was super shy during the meet and greet, but has been talking all day about how he met the Wild Kratts.
The Kratt Brothers are currently partnering with L’il Critters. It’s the #1 Kids Gummy Vitamin Brand that adds a nutritional twist in your little adventurer’s daily life. The gummy vitamins are loved by kids and trusted by parents to help support and maintain healthy growth and development.
PBS Kids and Netflix have the Wild Kratts show on demand both online and via the PBS Kids or Netflix apps respectively. You can also watch it on your local PBS station when scheduled.
