Stemilt Fruit sent us a box of Gala apples from Washington State earlier this week. These mellow-sweet apples were a hit at the house. Not only did the kids like snacking on them and having them included in their lunches. I also made my first apple cobbler. It was a double recipe and lasted less than 24-hours.
