P Is for Pride

P Is for Pride by Greg Paprocki introduces readers (and those listening)...

Stemilt Fruit sent us a box of Gala apples from Washington State earlier this week. These mellow-sweet apples were a hit at the house. Not only did the kids like snacking on them and having them included in their lunches. I also made my first apple cobbler. It was a double recipe and lasted less than 24-hours. Everyone had seconds (or thirds). You can find the recipe I used here.

Lil Snappers apples and pears are grown at Stemilt’s orchards in Washington State and are available for sale year-round in stores like Jewel, Meijer, Hy-Vee, and others. There are multiple varieties and organics offered as well.

You can find our more about them at Stemilt.com.
