We attended Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament this weekend as a family. I love how the staff through-out the “castle” stay in character the whole time.

The food is described in playful medieval times language. The soup is “dragon’s blood” that “taste’s like tomato soup.” Part of the main course is described as “baby dragon” that “taste’s like chicken.”
My MIL was also able to join us. It was her first time attending. She loves horses so she loved it.
Theodore too had not attended before this weekend. He wasn’t sure what was going on for a bit. That reaction face? Classic.
We got to view some of the horses before the show in a viewing window near the Museum of Torture. The museum worth looking at once, but we skipped over several of the plaques explaining exactly what the devices did. Wesley was all excited about it before we went in and then had instant regret. Ha!

The knights jousting and sword fighting is fun to watch. You can get an idea of the details in the video above.
