Connecting with hiring managers can be challenging when your unique experiences don’t align with their conventional expectations. Nontraditional candidates often face hurdles in a world where most hiring managers have followed traditional career paths.

But here’s the twist – my journey as a nontraditional candidate is a testament to my strength, not a hindrance.

Consider the following highlights list of my accomplishments:

🚀 I’ve orchestrated multiple six-figure crowdfunding campaigns.

🔌 I’ve developed WordPress plugins that have turned months of work into mere hours.

🌟 I’ve been featured in national ad campaigns.

🎤 I’ve delivered paid speeches across the U.S.

🗺️ I’ve traveled to dozens of countries across six continents.

💼 I’ve launched and managed websites that have generated seven-figure results for artists, non-profits, and businesses.

💰 I’ve crafted pitch decks that secured seven-figure funding rounds for nonprofits.

🌎 I’ve created virtual tours on Google Maps resulting in millions of views.

💻 I started using WordPress in 2004 and love it still today.

📈 I’ve overseen social accounts experiencing overnight growth with sometimes literal hundreds of thousands of new followers.

📰 I’ve been spotlighted by Insider, CNN, WBEZ, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Tonight, and others.

🏡 I have decades of remote work experience.

🎨 I create online directories, podcasts, and LMS-based classes for sheer enjoyment.

Yet, I continually encounter the same obstacle – my background doesn’t fit the hiring manager’s expectations, even when I’ve excelled in the role before.

My talent for rapid learning and adaptability defies standard resume classifications. My diverse work history may appear chaotic, but it tells a tale of resilience and creative pursuit, doing what it takes to thrive.

Are you seeking a nontraditional candidate whose stories and experiences enrich your team’s resilience and diversity of thought? I invite you to consider me for a position: part-time, full-time, or contract.

Do you share a nontraditional career journey? I’d love to hear your story.

Let’s redefine the future of successful hiring together.

I’m open to connect on LinkedIn. Feel free to send a connection request my way.
