Life moves at a break-neck-speed. There is always something to be done or someone to respond to. The only time I get to myself now is when I’m at the grocery store. It’s my safe space, but I’ll get to that in a second.

Wesley is more interactive than ever. He’s full of smiles and coos every day. I love this kid. He’s only 9 weeks old, but I think he’s awesome. I can’t wait til his sleep laughter turns into laughing while he’s awake. Wesley does it all the time.

This past weekend was no different than most. I did the laundry, dishes, and gave the dog a bath.
