My son was helping me unpack some boxes last week as we continue to move into the new place. He found the "Dad's Book of Awesome Recipes" by Mike Adamick and hasn't put it down. What caught his eye? The rainbow pancakes are featured on the front cover.
He then began to dole out samples of his Hot Southern Honey in varying intensities and flavors. It reminded me of my time in Oklahoma as a kid having Quaker Grits with honey as part of our weekend breakfasts.
