I got a copy of The LEGO Ninjago Movie in the mail last month to review. It was actually pretty funny. The whole movie is basically one big sarcastic joke after another. Plenty of fun for kids and lots of witty banter for adults.

This latest release on blu-ray, DVD and digital from the Warner Bros. Pictures’ LEGO® franchise packs its punches as well as its punch-lines.

The LEGO NINJAGO® Movie follows the battle for NINJAGO City as played out in the epic showdown between a good guy kid, The Green Ninja, and his evil warlord father, Garmadon.

The voice cast includes Jackie Chan, Justin Theroux, Dave Franco, Olivia Munn and more.

Was the movie perfect? No. It has its issues with stereotypes and cultural appropriation. The release is entertaining though and anyone who is a fan of LEGO should enjoy it.
