Wow. The last time I posted was over a month ago. A whole month! Its crazy how much can happen in that time. I don’t even know where to start so I’ll just go with the highlights…

  • Christmas this year was a blast. Part of the reason it was so is because we basically had three Christmases! We spent Christmas Day with SkyWaitress’ family in Indiana. The day after we visited my mom. A few days after that we exchanged gifts with my dad.
  • New Year’s was amazing. We took a last minute trip to Denver, CO to see a concert. Showbread, Project 86 and Five Iron Frenzy put on a great show. We were able to hang out with friends for a while afterwards and then drive home after a short nap.
  • Birthing Class has been super interesting. It is a Bradley Method birthing class and very focused on the natural/unmedicated side of childbirth.
  • School has started again. I’m taking an online class in the field of marketing and an introduction to computers class on campus. The idea is that I’ll have one easy class and one interesting class. I hope that plan works out well with the baby’s arrival in March. Only time will tell.

Its a new year and the baby is coming soon. I want to blog more. There is so much going on in my life right now I think I’ll forget the details if I don’t start blogging regularly again. I work a full-time job, freelance part-time and go to school half-time. That’s no excuse though. I hope to blog more regularly than I have been. My life is about to go through an enormous change. I’ve been told that the birth of a child is milestone moment. A moment that changes one’s life forever. I look forward to it with fear and excitement. I am going to make a greater effort to share those experiences with you online  in the future!
