My small family right now is almost perfect. I am amazed at the little person my son has become. He is already at the age of three and the quick passing of time confuses my mind. It seems like just a few weeks ago that this little stranger entered into our household and made my wife an I parents.

My wife makes me proud with how hard she works at her job of keeping people safe while traveling so fast in the sky. She’s also doing an incredible job at growing a human this second time around. She wants very much to be a second-time mom and is rolling with the punches that her body is throwing her with this second (successful so far) pregnancy. She and the baby are healthy, but they share a common body/host that often disallows food to settle in peace once eaten. I’d forgotten how awful it was for her the first time.

We wanted to document this moment in time and remember what our family looks like before a second little one comes into the world. That’s why we had ZW Photography take these images for us:
