We started watching Friends: The Complete Series today on VUDU. Yes, we own the set on DVD (twice), but there is something to be said about autoplay when binge watching such a show on digital. It’s also great because there are no disks to swap and the app remembers where you were when you go on a break. See what I did there?
I can quote some great one liners or even full scenes from the series. My wife? She’s got whole seasons memorized. I’ve watched the series in the US when it was new on TV. I watched the series finale in The Netherlands when Abigail and I were dating. She even sent the the finale season on DVD from Europe before it was released in the US. Now We can just pull up the series on our TV (or phone, or tablet, or laptop) in a few seconds and jump to any episode we want. It’s fantastic to live in the future.
