He’s got a new show, a Netflix Original, called Bill Nye Saves The World. It’s set up like a talk show and is aimed at a predominantly older crowd than the original. The series has an initial run of 13 episodes. The show is admittedly not perfect, but I still love it.
My son Wesley loves cooking. He loves it so much that I can't be in the kitchen preparing a meal without him there joyfully offering to help. Even the clean-up is a source of enjoyment for him.
This whole having a newborn in the house thing is rough on my sleep schedule. That's the bad news. The good news is...
There's been a lot of excitement around my house recently. Not all of it has to do with the arrival of baby number two. Netflix has released two new(ish) series and a second season to two of my favorite shows on the service. These fours shows are what we've been watching this month on Netflix.
We're huge Netflix fans around here. It's on at our house every week. When they announced 10 ways to countdown to 2017 I had to watch them all.
No Gilmore Girls binge watch event experience would be complete without a full array of takeout menu flavors. Looking for suggestions? I've put some together for you...
If you loved the original Full House you'll love Fuller House. It has all of the cheesy, predictable, family friendly fun of the original in an updated storyline... 29 years later.
My wife and I signed up for a trial of Netflix during the winter storm that shut down most of Chicago for a couple of days back in 2011. We were snowed in, had plenty of food and wanted to try something new. Five years later we're still using Netflix to pass the time with or without snow on the ground.
Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year. I’m a fan of all of the candy, apple orchards, corn mazes, haunted houses, and most importantly scary movies. Netflix has an impressive list of frightening movies this time of year and I've put together a list of my favorites.
I only recently realised what a fan of Simon Pegg I really am. Four of the six of these movies I only found out that he'd done thanks to Netflix. I can't pick a favorite but really enjoyed watching all of them. This list is a mix of adventure, hilariousness, seriousness, soul searching and a bit of violence. Don't watch these with the kids around, but make sure to enjoy them.
