Mr. Dude colored in his brand new coloring book and Abigail and I got to talk through out most of breakfast. It was glorious. Oh, and the food was great too. I had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, some apples and a few bites of Mr. Dude's leftover pancakes. The best part? I didn't have to do the dishes afterwards. All I had to do was pay and leave a tip!
When a baby is born, a dad is born. I became a father just over three years ago. Mr. Dude's arrival into the world changed my life in ways I had never anticipated.
While on the DreamWorks campus we were ushered into a theater where we got to not only watch the first three episodes, but do a Q & A with executive producer Joaquim Dos Santos (The Legend of Korra, Avatar: The Last Airbender) and co-executive producer Lauren Montgomery (The Legend of Korra).
I remember when the original Independence Day movie was released in 1996. I watched that movie at least a 100 times once it hit VHS. You read that right, my first copy of the flick was on those old tapes.
