A Dad’s Second Birth Story

Birth the second time around was a lot more interesting...

We Went In For An Ultrasound…

...and found out we are officially expecting baby number two! We had an ultra sound at the doctor's office today and heard the baby's heartbeat.

Please, Not Again

It hit me for the first time as I sat there in the waiting room of a medical diagnostics location a few blocks from my work. Abigail was in the back room getting blood work done to confirm what we already knew. The signs were all there. We couldn't ignore what was happening and simply hope the best would prevail. It wasn't going to get better or fix itself if we just gave it more time.

Quality Time & Doing Good #KINDMilesMatter

I love to spend quality time with my little family. I'd rather spend a Friday night at the drive-in or a Saturday at the park with them than get any gift. Physical gifts are great, but in the long run they wear out. Memories can last forever when written down and shared. I've always preferred experiences over things. They make me happiest. The Need to Raise An Empathetic Child

The world is a rough place. People who should be able to get along often don't get along at all. Bosses often look out for what is best for themselves and take advantage of their subordinates. Gun owners oppose any talk of reasonable regulations based off of the empty argument of "freedom." These things and countless more cause unnecessary pain and suffering to others.
