I love breakfast. It is easily my favorite meal of the day. When I have it I feels great, but if I skip it my day typically drags. Just think of all the combinations of food there are our there… It’s amazing. Morning breakfasts for me often include cereal with milk and coffee with milk. Milk is a good source of high-quality protein and helps me feel full throughout the morning. Plus, it’s got calcium and vitamin D to strengthen bones!

I was invited by Life Of Dad to enter into the #SuperMilkMan contest for a chance to win a trip to LA or NYC to meet The Rock in person. This past weekend we all (Abigail, Wes & Phoebe) visited family in Indiana and put together the following video entry into the contest:

The Rock Knows How To Have Breakfast (And Save The World)

In his first print ad with the National Milk Mustache “got milk?®” Campaign, actor, producer, athlete and author Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is seen saving a young girl’s cat from a tree while sporting the iconic Milk Mustache. The print ad is a continuation of the story Johnson brought to life in the campaign’s first-ever Super Bowl commercial this year, sharing what happened after he saved the morning meal – and the world – in epic The Rock style with milk. Both ads are included below:

“I always look at protein as the anchor to my day. My entire family’s morning is anchored by protein, protein comes from milk. Breakfast without milk is like a Rock movie without Rock saving the world.” – Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson

You Could Win FREE Milk

The Breakfast Project is giving away free milk every minute! Pretty sweet right? Enter for your chance to win, no purchase necessary, at http://milk.am/pfc

Take time to check out the Protein Fight Club videos for a smile too. Most of them are pretty amusing!

Now, I’m off to have breakfast. All of this milk talk has gotten me hungry!
