‘Flyover: Chicago’ is Now Open at Navy Pier

Welcome to the Windy City’s newest and most exhilarating attraction: Flyover Chicago! Located on the iconic Navy Pier, directly across from the Chicago Children’s Museum at the west entrance, 600 E. Grand Avenue, this immersive experience promises to take you on a breathtaking journey through the heart and soul of Chicago.

As you step into the world of Flyover, you’re greeted with anticipation and excitement. This isn’t just any tourist destination; it’s a celebration of Chicago’s rich history and vibrant culture, brought to life in stunning detail.

The journey begins with Act 1, where you’ll be introduced to many of the diverse characters and neighborhoods that define Chicago. From the bustling streets of downtown shops to the vibrant arts and sports communities across the city, you’ll get a taste of Chicago’s unique charm and personality.

Act 2 delves deeper into the stories of the people who call Chicago home. Through powerful narratives and stirring music, you’ll gain a newfound appreciation for the resilience and spirit of this incredible city.

And finally, Act 3 takes you on a thrilling 9-minute flying adventure unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. With state-of-the-art motion seats and sensory effects, you’ll soar above the skyline, dive down skyscrapers, and weave through the bustling streets below.

From 13,000ft above to diving straight down buildings and skimming sidewalks; from wall-riding skyscrapers, floating through fireworks, and even into buildings; all while choreographed action of Chicagoan lifestyle unfolds: L-trains sparking, boats ripping, car chases, sports being played, up in the airshow, and more.

Flyover’s signature Chicago journey is shown on an impressive 65-foot spherical screen with flight motion seats engineered to swoop, dip and turn, giving guests the feeling of flight.

Along the way, iconic Chicago landmarks like Navy Pier, North Ave Beach, and the Chicago Theatre come to life in breathtaking detail. And with a genre-defying soundtrack featuring jazz, gospel, hip-hop, and more, the experience is as immersive as it is unforgettable.

Flyover isn’t just about entertainment; it’s been a labor of love from a team of over 750 individuals who spent countless hours capturing the essence of Chicago from seemingly every angle. Their dedication and passion shines through in every moment of the unique experience.

This new Chicago experience marks the fourth Flyover for global attractions and hospitality company, Pursuit. Other experience locations include: Vancouver, Reykjavik, and Las Vegas.
