James Bond, A Train Station & Coke Zero

Let’s get this straight. I am a guy, and like most men, I’m a fan of the 007 movie series. It’s got pretty much everything any guy would want (in some combination of favorites): gadgets, travel, adventure, confidence, money, women, nice clothes, fancy drinks, etc. If you were to ask pretty much any guy if they’d like to be 007 for a few minutes, and they knew they wouldn’t die, they’d say ‘Yes!’

As a kid, I wanted to be a spy. For various reasons that didn’t work out. Two of the important ones include being legally blind in my left eye and I’m a terrible liar. It’s still fun to pretend I’d be good at the car chases and code-breaking. Perhaps when we have our first child they will pretend along with me and we can save the world together! It will more likely be through volunteerism that we’ll save the world than gunplay, but yeah.

I’d also like to state for the record that I’m a fan of Coke products in general. I dislike the taste of Coke Zero and Diet Coke. The flavors just don’t sit well with my taste buds. The classic Coke flavor though is almost absolute perfection. You can make floats with it, have it with a sandwich at lunch, drink it at a late-night party with added adult liquors, and on and on.

I can’t wait to see the new SkyFall movie next month.  It looks amazing. That is why I’m sharing this marketing campaign by Coke and think it’s genius. Coke + 007 = Awesome. Watch what I’m talking about below:
