‘Blue Man Group’ Unveils New Visual Technology Upgrades in Partnership with ‘Pretty Damn Sweet’

Our recent family outing to see the Blue Man Group in Chicago was the most show fun yet!

The iconic theatrical sensation, Blue Man Group, is taking its resident productions to a whole new level with a national partnership alongside the renowned creative agency, Pretty Damn Sweet. The collaboration brings cutting-edge visual technology upgrades to their shows across the United States, starting with their Chicago production at the Briar Street Theatre.

Throughout the 90-minute performance, the audience will be spellbound by over 20 minutes of all-new state-of-the-art video content, perfectly synchronized with the Blue Men and the band.

But that’s not all! To mark the occasion, Blue Man Group Chicago is has unveiled a thrilling and exclusive opening act titled “Above,” which debuted this summer.

Wesley, who has attended Blue Man Group shows in the past, enjoyed the visuals most this time around. The highlight of his night was when one of the Blue Men found him in the crowd and gave him some chocolates. He had Wesley toss them in the air, using non-verbal cues to give instructions on what was expected, and he caught them all in his mouth! It really was incredible – three separate chocolates, three separate tosses, three separate successful catches!
